Garbutt Farm & the surrounding area is steeped in racing history. Once the site of Hambleton Racecourse, the Hambleton Hills have been famous for hundred’s of years as the best ground for training racehorses. Records dating back to 17th Century show that many good horses were trained on the gallops here.
Situated at 1300ft above sea level at the top of Sutton Bank & Whitestonecliffe, the views are some of the most spectacular in the country.
